Collections
Collection Representatives are responsible for recovery of delinquent credit card,
expense card, commercial, retail, mortgage-related, auto, and student loan debt
while adhering to guidelines and procedures mandated by federal and state law. Collectors
work accounts in accordance with the client’s standards, and negotiate settlements
and payment arrangements with the consumer.
We are looking for full-time team players with strong motivational skills.
Applicants must be energetic, goal-oriented, and competitive, yet eager to
listen with a talent for helpful problem solving.
